Michael has been involved in the preparation and review of Continuity and Crisis Management Plans for many of the leading organisations in Ireland and the UK. Michael is a Fellow of the Emergency Planning Society and a Fellow of the Irish Computer Society. Michael is a founder member of the Emergency Management Institute Ireland and an Honorary Fellow of the EMII. Michael has a BComm and has been involved in the IT industry since 1979.

Ronan Connell is a seasoned Sales and Commercial Leader with over a decade of experience driving growth across the tech consultancy, recruitment, and non-profit sectors. As Sales Director for Talink UK & Ireland, Ronan partners with high-growth companies to accelerate their product development, helping them build custom software, system integrations, or scale their tech teams through a blend of onshore tech leadership and offshore delivery.

Beyond his commercial expertise, Ronan is a passionate advocate for social impact. He has consistently championed Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and actively supports pathways into tech for individuals from underrepresented backgrounds. He also serves on the board of Youth Advocate Programs Ireland (YAP Ireland) and continues to mentor young people from low socio-economic communities in Dublin."

Jack Cooke began his journey at Datto in 2018. Initially brought in to help Datto open up new markets around EMEA, he later moved into a Channel Sales Manager role before joining the Business and Channel Development team in 2022 after the acquisition by Kaseya. In Jack's current role, he represents Kaseya and Datto at industry events, trade shows and technology events across the globe, with a focus on Europe. Jack specialises in security and business continuity solutions for Managed Service Providers, empowering and educating them on ways to provide the best possible service for them and their clients.

In 2009 Ken started NewCMI (CMI) as an MSP focussed on the mid market private and third party in the UK.

Having made 6 acquisitions the company grew to 120 employees with a turnover of approx. £17m providing services to over 10000 end users.

In March 2023 the business was acquired by the BCN Group.

Ken is now providing Strategic Business Consultancy and M&A Advisory Services to a number of MSP’s. He has also assisted Kaseya as a consultant for its M&A Concierge Initiative. Over the years he has been a regular speaker at various Trade events.

Seamus’ career in tech began in 1997 when he worked as an in-house tech for one of the largest indigenous accountancy practises in Ireland. In 2003, he founded an MSP called myITdepartment and grew this business both organically and via a series of small acquisitions to 25 staff and €2.7m turnover. In 2021, myITdepartment was acquired by Intuity Technologies and Seamus served on the leadership team in Intuity until 2024.

Seamus founded his current company (CyberContego) in 2024 and this business is a cybersecurity consultancy, support and monitoring company serving clients all over Ireland and the UK. Our focus is to provide digital defence solutions for SMEs. We provide a range of cybersecurity solutions including vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, DMARC compliance and Managed SOC. We partner with several MSPs around Ireland to deliver cyber services to their clients.

Mark is the CTO and founder at Chorus, an MSSP now with over 100 employees providing deep levels of Microsoft expertise in Cyber, Cloud and Dynamics. With many years experience of the challenges that many small and medium sized businesses face, Mark enjoys the opportunity to work with others to improve all things Cyber and IT for both partners and customers.

Paul Mardling is currently CTO with Redcentric, having joined the business as part of the acquisition of Piksel Industry Solutions in 2021. He has held a wide range of technical and business roles over his career with a particular focus on Digital Transformation and IT Services Automation.
