Jess Bryan is the Head of M&A at TSG, a leading Microsoft, Sage, and Managed Service Partner for ambitious SMEs across the UK. Since Pictet’s private equity investment in July 2024, she has led the company’s acquisition strategy, overseeing deal origination, negotiation and due diligence. TSG has completed two deals since investment with many more in the pipeline.
Previously, Jess was part of ClearCourse, a PE backed software buy-and-build that acquired 40 businesses in six years, and KPMG, where she focused on professional services acquisitions. She brings deep expertise in deal execution, growth strategy, and value creation through M&A.
