Rob is the founder and MD of Jones Technology Ltd, with over 25 years of experience in the IT industry — all of it spent within Managed Service Providers. He’s played a key role in helping MSPs scale and evolve, delivering enterprise-grade technology and support across sectors including retail, manufacturing, healthcare, education, and legal.

Rob’s strength lies in turning complex challenges into clear, workable solutions. From national SD-WAN deployments to hospital network upgrades and multi-site rollouts, he’s led high-impact projects that deliver real-world value. Jones Technology Ltd is the result of all that experience — built with a clear focus on service quality, trusted relationships, and technical excellence.

Rob’s all about building long-term partnerships with clients and delivering tech that just works — backed by solid engineering, good communication, and a no-nonsense approach.

It’s also very much a family business. Rob is married to Emma, who’s recently joined the company, and together they manage life with five kids, two Rottweilers (Storm and Shadow), and whatever adventure comes next. When there’s time to escape, Rob’s usually out on his mountain bike or somewhere in the hills.
