Wernher Pikali is the Founder and Managing Partner of AION Succession Partners. An entrepreneur with a background in software, Wernher brings over a decade of experience in leadership, value creation and investing. Wernher is looking to invest in a UK based technology and software businesses and have an operational role post transaction. Before founding AION, Wernher managed a portfolio of software companies at Everfield and was responsible for driving organic growth. Previously, he worked in M&A at Lazard and Barclays where he executed more than 20 transactions in a variety of sectors including technology, healthcare, industrials and business services.
