Graham Stead is the founder of Growth Habits and a seasoned sales leader with deep roots in the MSP world.
Early in his career, he built and exited a successful MSP, transforming it from its project-based roots. He went on to lead the sales and marketing function of the acquiring MSP, successfully combining organic and acquisitive growth to 4x the business to c. £18m.
Today, Graham helps MSPs unlock sales performance by embedding consistent, high-impact habits. Through Growth Habits’ hands-on coaching and fractional sales leadership model, he supports founder-led and emerging sales teams to build high-performing predictable growth.
