Jeffrey Jenner

Jeffrey is the founder of WTA Partners, a Tech M&A business offering Buy and Sell side services. He is a leading M&A practitioner with a reputation for effectiveness in the mid-market technology space and has held several senior management positions during his more than forty five year career in both the UK and USA, including those of CEO, Managing Director and President.

Jeffrey has worked successfully completing transactions and advisory work in a dozen countries for numerous private and public client companies. Among other responsibilities, he runs the firm’s very active Cloud Services Practice which focusses on MSPs.
